This Agreement shall commence on the date of its execution by both parties (the "Effective Date") and continue for a period of twelve (12) months, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Client agrees to pay Provider a monthly subscription fee of $14.99 for Website Services. In the event Client wishes to cancel this Agreement before the end of the twelve (12) month term, Customer shall pay the remaining balance of the contract outright as a cancellation fee. In addition, should Client request a transfer of their website to another server, Provider shall charge a one-time fee of $250.
