Terms of Subscription

This Agreement shall commence on the date of its execution by both parties (the "Effective Date") and continue for a period of twelve (12) months, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Client agrees to pay Provider a monthly subscription fee of $49.99 for Website Services for a minimum term of (12) months.
